Return Policy
30 DAY SATISFACTION GUARANTEE
Luma Fine Art Hawaii offfers all our customers a 30 Day Satisfaction Guarantee on all artwork purchased online and or in-person. Items returned must be in the same condition purchased along with any C.O.A (Certificate Of Authenticity) in resaleable condition. Customer is responsible for return shipping, unless item was damaged en route in which case, shipping carrier will be responsible.
*We will not be able to accept any damaged items under any circumstances.
**Bespoke artwork is non returnable custom created pieces which are based on contractual agreement.
